“Do not rent this place! I am well aware I was not getting a 5-star place. When I arrived, there were used paper towels on the table, and the bathroom sink was dirty. The door would not close properly unless you slammed it. Safety should not be a concern. There is a bath towel that was shredded at the end. “This was the cutest place . We really enjoyed it. From every careful detail from the lights , the ambiance , the music playing when we got there, to the notes and labels of where things are and what they are for ( which for me was very much appreciated ) , and to the lovely snacks and beverages that were provided . This was a wonderful place to go. The host really put thought and care into your experience and also communicated well if we were to ever need anything . My son also enjoyed the hot……

“What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College.……
