- Please gather towels and place them by the washing machine. - Please place trash in trash bags and deposit in bin outside. If trash or food is left behind additional charges will be applied.
- Please turn off all electronics, fans, lights, etc. Also please ensure any TV remotes are returned to the proper places. - Please lock the front and side doors when you leave.
- Please put your dishes in the dishwasher with a detergent pod (provided by host, under kitchen sink) and start the washing cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place near Penn State, connected to all of the major ways around town, which is important during football traffic. Very spacious for my family, and great to have 3 bedrooms with 2 teens.
