"The hotel is beautiful the staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. I love that they operable windows in the rooms. The terrace was just as nice as the hotel with a beautiful view of sunset during happy hour. The artwork was great! The lobby is swoon worthy and the hotel is quiet. It’s in close proximity to the mall which is a plus! A fantastic Chicago suburb stay!"
