"Shampoo rack was not working. Asked to have it fixed. Man came to fix. Could not speak English. Said it was fixed but it was not. Wife could not wash her hair. Was our anniversary night. Ruined experience. Desk manager told at check out did not seem to care."

"Clean and good amenities. Breakfast was superb. Staff wasn’t too sure about how the prepaid breakfast works since I booked mine through expedia. He said he can’t see it in my booking but other than that everything was excellent. Good location too"

"My suite was spacious, clean, equipped with two tvs and featured a sleep type sofa. I was traveling solo so most of the amenities were not necessary yet nice. The complimentary breakfast featured made to order omelettes which were hot and delicious. There was a $12.50 parking fee, however given the amenities I was ok with. Finally the location was within easy walking distance of a Chick fillet right next door in the event you were in the mood. I would note that there’s was one elevator out of order however this didn’t impact my wait time as they were reasonable. I enjoyed my stay at this upscale conveniently located facilitiy and would come back again!"

"I always stay here if I’m in the area. They have some of the best desks for getting some work done. I also prefer a smoking room, and it’s the only place around that they actually keep them clean. A lot of the other reviews complain about the breakfast but at this price point it’s great to get anything extra. And as for the “outdated decor” I think it gives the place some charm. It’s a very relaxing and quiet place. Thick walls and comfy beds."
