Decent clean hotel for a night's stay. No amenities to speak of, not much on the breakfast bar, but clean and quiet

Pictures and descriptions were outdated and misleading. There is no onsite bar but there is a small video slot machine room with probably took its place at sometime. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. It wasn’t the most upkept/up to date property but it surely wasn’t terrible.

If ever thru area & need a place this is your go to place. There is a Subway next door as well as a Road Ranger T/S. Only really 1 place on a Tuesday to have sit down meal is Family Diner. Excellent place as well. Would rate hotel 10 star if could

Overnight Stay

This was an overnight stop during a trip to West Virginia. The location was easy to find right off of I-64, the room was clean, comfortable and the check-in staff was very friendly and professional.

I booked an accessible room online, due to being in a wheelchair. I have a service dog and was required to put a refundable deposit for bringing him, and since he is not a pet, I believe that is illegal, firstly. I got back the deposit, but they put me in a nonaccessible room because of my service dog. I was unable to use the restroom in the room and was required to use the lobby restroom. They gave me no reason for changing the room until after I checked out, which was that the handicap accessible room does not allow pets. My dog is NOT A PET! I'm absolutely POSITIVE that other people bringing service dogs cannot be given an inaccessible room. They offered no discount or refund, even after I asked about it. Severely disappointed and will absolutely NOT stay again.
