“The accommodation was good but what annoyed me is we tried to turn the tv and heating on (its winter in Chch) and there was no power to either. We looked everywhere for instructions but there was none. Very disappointed, we rugged up on a very cold night and went to sleep. Next morning I told the staff how we had to endure a freezing night and no tv. She was very rude and just said “you have to put your credit card in the slot”. Then proceded to ignore me.
