“Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists……

“Very clean Communication is Excellent. Excellent host”

“Responsive & Accommodating host, but property did not match the listing! The host was responsive and communication was seamless, but that did not make up for the property’s condition or its misrepresentation. Although advertised as newly upgraded, the unit had old fixtures, a nearly stripped sink fixture, temperamental shower water, cracked shower tile, a dirty shower rug, and a mildew-smelling shower liner and curtain. We received only two washcloths and two towels for a four-day stay. The……

“The host was tremendously flexible for my scheduling screw up and was very communicative and helpful the whole trip.Location is in a secured building in the heart of downtown.”

“Would stay again, close to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood:)”

“We love the location, very helpful, quick response”

“Comfortable, well appointed apartment. It looks just like the photos. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend here, it was a great place to stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. There’s even a neat YouTube video to show you how to get in when you arrive. A nice touch!”

“Everything was simple and easy for checking in. Nice, clean, & smelled good on the inside.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. Smooth check in process and very responsive and friendly host.”

“Russell is beyond wonderful! Such a great HOST!! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HIM AGAIN! Parking should definitely be added to the price to ease the headache but other than that our stay was wonderful! We were walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Bed was comfy and we loved that he left us such a great care package! Thank you for such a great place to stay! Home away from home!”

“I absolutely loved our stay. It was clean comfortable and had enough beds for my family. Full kitchen and a whole towel closet for us to use! The best parts were how comfortable the pull down beds were. Kind of shocked us because they were really comfortable. The parking cost but it was literally right out back. Only negative wasn't the homeless because they didnt bother us. It was the loud talking outside early in the morning. Could have been the homeless people, but we could hear them so……

“Great stay, nice neighborhood, clean apartment, nice view…definitely would stay again and let me not forget that parking is included.”
