“Yosa will not respond to messages and will take questions that you may have while staying there as "complaining". Our stay was not a home away from home stay, there was no heat in the living room and kitchen area and bedroom in that section of the house. "The hotel itself is nothing special, but the rooms are large and the Wi-Fi is fast. What really makes the difference is the staff — especially the person who handled my check-in and check-out. She/He was absolutely incredible, super friendly, and always welcoming. The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpful with everything. The pool is small, and there's a mini jacuzzi. The fitness center has an elliptical, a treadmill, and a few weights. But honestly, the staff and the shuttle service make it all worth it. The room is good too."
