“My wife paid Expedia for the room in full when she booked it. I arrived on Sunday and on Monday my wife informed me that they had charge our credit card for two nights. I confronted the management with our payment to Expedia and the charge to our credit card and they said they would take care of it. When I checked out today, they had charged the entire amount to somebody else’s credit card in our name and our room number. Extremely unprofessional, considering they were asked to call me and they……

“Wonderful home! Kitchen is very nice for cooking/hanging out with everyone across dining/living space. Ventilation would be improved in bedrooms with ceiling fans. The garage is set up as rec/game room but in Iowa summers and winters it is either too humid or too cold making the area less of an option for use. Used for events at Iowa State Fairgrounds with very easy interstate driving. Location close to bars/restaurants/shopping while being a quiet suburban neighborhood. Overall a very solid……

“Great service great breakfast great place and location”

“It was ok”

“I know it's an older building, but the halls smelled like an old folks home. The individual rooms were even worse and there was no way to properly vent or air out the room, it was almost overwhelming at first. The bathroom tile floor was visually clean but sticky like it had not been properly cleaned. The bed was harder than I'm used to. The walls were thin and I could make out the conversations and programs being watched in the next room. Thankfully, the neighbors didn't stay up too late.”

“Great location!”

“一切都很好”

“The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever had out of the thousands of hotels I’ve stayed in. None of the appliances in our room worked. We lost power in our room at one point, and the staff tried to blame us for charging our phones in the plugs in the lamps. They were not apologetic or friendly. Needless to say that will be our last visit to a comfort Inn and suites especially that one.”

“Breakfast is confusing. Expedia indicates it is available for a fee. Very few items, self serve. Also front desk was attended on a limited basis. Fitness center was out of service. Beds were nice and refrigerator was really cold.”
