“We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to……

“This is a very comfortable house that easily sleeps 10 without even using the couches. The beds are comfortable and the heating works great. The only shower is in an en suite bathroom, but this was very easy to negotiate. A property manager, Eva, was very quick to help with any questions. The location is also great.
