Lazy River Lodge is an absolute gem of a getaway! The original cabin offers many upgrades including comfy, newer furnishings, a wonderful hot tub, fun game room & a large deck overlooking the river! Short 4 min drive into downtown Guerneville!

- The seasonal dam at Vacation Beach on the Russian River will NOT be installed this year, as determined by Sonoma County and State officials. This impacts all houses in the Lower Russian River, below Johnson's Beach.
**We have placed stairs and a water platform down to the river. You do have River access and use of Kayaks!

Occupancy: 6 Guests Max / Day or Night/No exceptions/No Drop in Guests - Quiet Area
Parking: Up to 3 small or 2 medium sized vehicles in driveway
NO Pets
NO Smoking of Anything on Property
NO PARTIES
NO Large Gatherings/ NO drop in- guests
***Quiet on deck and in hot tub area 9PM to 9AM. Sonoma County Ordinance for ALL vacation homes. We have year-round neighbors. Please respect their "sound space" on deck, in hot tub area and game room/garage
