“Great that they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel was looked new and clean. The service manners and attitude was good. Provided enough shuttle buses to the town center and back with good time and the drivers' services and manners were good. good food and delicious esp. the ox tail soup. Good design for the room and the hotel interior and environment, esp the green swimming pool is excellent. ”

“The facilities, services, and views at Kastara are amazing. We ordered room service for breakfast and ate on our patio multiple times. They give great massages at their spa.
