“We broke our journey from Hoi an to Da nang staying at this lovely hotel. Staff - great service”

“The room was amazing. The value for the dollars paid was ver high. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless. Staff were friendly. They delivered a feast for breakfast to our villa.”

“The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. ”

“After escaping from another cities Terrible hotel we were so happy to be at the eagle! The room was wonderful with a bathtub and super comfortable sofa. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We had hoped to eat at the restaurant, but it wasn’t open. The only reason I have it 4 stars was because of the terrible breakfast. Seemingly nothing was restocked and it was mostly empty at 8:30. ”

“Hotel is compromised by age/weather damage, rains inside, windows missing (assume from previous storms). Very damp throughout, including all windows in restaurant leaking, lack of western choices for breakfast, dinner menu had lots not available throughout stay and no alternatives in walking distance in small town. Not sure this hotel is fixable or needs to be re-placed/rebuilt. ”

“Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us.”

“Another very nice hotel. Nice location. Staff helped with scooter hire. Internet wasn't the greatest, at times, but fine. Nice breakfast which is included. Looking forward to visiting again. Didn't see/use the pool.”
