“Everything that you would expect from a new hotel as far as cleanliness main halways and elevators where not air-conditioned staff was very friendly and could speak fairly good English”

“Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us.”

“the hotel staff were very nice, even though most of them don't speak fluent English, they will try their best to provide the best service. ”
