“This property was lovely. The room was little older than I thought it would be, but nice. The Hanalei Bay was wonderful, everyone was very kind and accommodating there and location can not be beat! Had a few issues and called the prop company and the lady tried her best to help me. Only one caveat was the extra price you pay for fees (resort fee, check in fee etc) at Hanelai Bay Resort. They did disclose this, but at first I thought the property was cheaper than it actually was. Plan on it……

“The view was beautiful and the room had every amenity we needed! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too! The kitchenette was great and the host even left the nice little box of goodies for us. Hanalei Bay Resort is amazing and we definitely look forward to returning!”

“This a a fabulous studio in a great North Shore location! Kimberlee provides all the amenities you need and more, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment! The bed and furniture are very comfortable. The A/C and fans work really well, and the lanai (patio) is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!”

“The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. Luckily, we were able to get a hold of the Host and he refunded us a good amount to make up for the mishap. The unit is on the small side and can only accommodate 2 people. The bed……

“The views from this condo are breathtaking with the primary room having a bed that faces the bay. We could not have been more pleased with the room's cleanliness, views, and the resort amenities. Each condo had 2 boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs and snorkel gear. It made enjoying the beaches hassle free and we were so thankful to have them included with the condo and didn't have to rent them from the hotel or in town. “We had an amazing stay. Everything was made easy for us to find and the view was insane, and the pool was so perfect for our first day in princeville. Our host was so helpful as well with checking in on how we were doing and any questions we did have We hope to stay again some day.”

“The property is in a very nice location, close to our favorite beaches. We did not appreciate the advertisement of the room showed pics of surfboards like they were available for use with the rental and then when you get there a sign on the door states surfboards are for the owner of property and we are not allowed tobuse them. They should just remove photo from listing.”

It was really clean, had extra touches such as complimentary shampoo, body wash, and all the beach gear you could ever need: chairs umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards. The location was great for us since we wanted to be near haena Park and still we drove to the southern and western parts of the island probably took at most 2 hours if that.
