“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“The host communicated well and he was responsive to us. We loved the grounds, the pool, and the beach. It is an incredible location. The condo is getting a little tired. The carpets are stained and seemed dirty. Also the carpet is pulling up in the corners so they are a hazard. There were some stains on the bedspreads, chairs, and couch. The kitchen wares need to be updated such as the pots and pans and glassware. The regular cleaning of counters and bathrooms was very good.”

“We loved staying at this place! Being in the middle of the north and south sides of the island was perfect! The place was amazing! Clean and comfortable beds. Nice resort on the beach! We went out several mornings to watch the sunrise! Super close to the grocery store and Waikua shave ice :)”
