“虽然员工的服务态度非常诚恳，但酒店还是太久了，我们还遇上了水管维修连厕所都上不了。总的说太贵了不值。 ”

“Room was nicely updated very clean. Cushions for outdoor seating need an update. Friendly staff. Great walking trails. would recommend and stay again”

“No hot water on the last day”

“The resort is lovely. The luxury suite garden view (Somer Suite) was very comfortable and the jacuzzi bath is nice and big and very relaxing. The only downside was that the room is over the restaurant and smelled like fried food all night and like bacon in the morning. The lake is gorgeous. The kayaks and canoes were no longer available due to the season. Overall, a nice spot.”

“Everything is terrible not indicate that hotel for nobody’s”

“Everything was good except no microwave oven in our junior suite. Although it was listed in amenities. So couldn’t heat my baby’s food. Otherwise cleanliness, staff , location etc were very good.”

“Alles bestens.”

“It is ok to stay there for a few nights.”

“1. Dirty sheets 2. No room cleaning 3. Spa not available 4. Overcharging for coffee and OJ 5. Staff cared more about curtains than us”

“Traffic on highway 35 was dangerous and loud at times. Cabins were clean and well kept. Staff responded quickly to a minor problem to a window when we reported it.”

“Highly recommend”

“Pros. 1. Photos of the Yurt are accurate. The inside was clean, lots of random items included. Furniture well maintained, appeared quite new. 2. Outside kitchenette also looks accurate as to photos. Full propane tank to use as needed. Many pots/pans to utilize. 3. Outhouse on the property, little ways away but not excessively far from yurt. 4. Wood stove within yurt maintained & heated the Yurt well. Cons. 1. Most inexcusable part about the Yurt was NO LOCK. There was absolutely no way to lock……

“Only has partial air conditioning. Limited Supplies. We had to rebuild the firepit. No muskoka chairs as advertised. Two rolls of toilet paper for a family of 7 for 5 nights. Dock was sunken had to lift it in order to secure our boat.”

“Everything was awesome! Andre Junior was great and prompt with communicating, as was his family!”

“Loved Ogopogo! Plan to return !”
