We started in one room that was inside facing the pool, but the AC was not working. We moved to the outside facing the side street where we were on our last stay and it was much better. The fridge and microwave in this room were much nicer than on our previous stay. The towel bar in the sink area was broken and just laying on the counter. We rescued a dog while in town and adding him to the stay was very easy and the price was reasonable. The house keeping staff was very nice and helpful with us and just swapping out towels and taking trash once we had the dog with us. Breakfast again was lacking, I think we ended up going to restaurants in town instead. We will still stay here again next summer as it is very conveniently located and a nice hotel with comfortable beds. The front office girl was on her game this stay! She is just the nicest person.

This is an older property and it shows a little, but the room we had had wonderfully cold AC, it was over all really clean, but there was damage to the back of the bathroom door and the shower did not drain. The pool was beautiful, but would have been very difficult for an older adult as there were only ladders to get out of it. You have to use your bath towel at the pool and getting extras was a little bit of a challenge. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will be back. The grab and go breakfast was lacking, the coffee was cold, or there wasn't any left. Sunny D-is not a drink most people want. Pop-tarts? I think a little more thought could be put into the breakfast. The young lady at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed out stay.

I was in town for Karen Wheaton Conference at The Ramp for my first time. I was extremely pleased with the Kind and friendly customer service, I was pleased with the breakfast and room was very clean housekeeping kept my room clean very safe environment no worries. I will be Staying here again in the future

Pretty basic, not terrible but not great. Anyone who is renting a room should always check in the beds around them an in the bathroom for bugs and such. My room was safe and bug-free thankfully. The outside was quiet and peaceful, nothing suspicious. The floor was a little dirty, the tub was clogged and filled with water while showering and the tv remote was a little broken. The staff was really cool, I'd stay here again because of the price I guess, but its not great but tolerable depending on your preferences

Great room. Only problem was the desk clerk kept speaking much faster than I could hear. I asked him to slow down a couple times but he just kept speaking like a heavily accented auctioneer. I still don't understand how he came up with that price.

We found check-in straightforward, but unfortunately both rooms we were given were unacceptable. The first room’s A/C was extremely noisy, so we were moved — but the replacement still had dirty floors, a dirty/sticky TV stand, and sheets with what looked like cigarette burns. The room also smelled of mildew; the bathroom was particularly unclean and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. When I raised the issues with the front desk, the staff response was dismissive. We decided to leave early and were not offered a refund. Please address housekeeping and maintenance — this falls below reasonable standards.
