“Room was good. Bathroom was tiny. Rugs in room were old and had many stains. Same with carpets in hall. The other Hilton we stayed at in NJ had no carpet. Their bathroom was huge so 2 people could be in it at once. This one barely fit one person”

“Hotel was sufficient for our stay. Seems like a lot of long term residents, a little outdated and most breakfast items were gone or sitting too long when we got down there but clean and fairly quiet.”

“I liked the location (Holly Springs, N.C.) What I disliked was the extreme low water pressure in the bathroom sink (rm. #201). I understand the water saving reasoning, but it was set to come out as a trinkle. This was a pain when you have to wash up in the morning, especially when you want to get out in a hurry. Thus a 4 instead of 5 star rating.”

“I rated the amenities a 3 only because I was trying to be fair. We did not stay here long. We left within an hour of getting there. I should have known what kind of place this was when I got to the elevator and the metal where the up and down buttons are was pulled away from the wall. We got to the room, and we had our doubts. I went to air conditioner to put some air on in the room, and that was a HUGE mistake. To this day, I don't know what blew threw those vents but it was nasty. Next thing……

“The place was clean cost-effective. The bed itself left a little to be desired.”

“The room was very clean, cool, and comfortable. The bed had the softest sheets I've ever felt on it and was so comfortable. Got the best sleep I have had in ages during my stay. Having health and mobility issues, I reserved an accessible king suite. The shower was a dream! I have stayed here twice now and will most definitely be staying again. I adore this hotel and its wonderful staff! I can't wait to book again!!”

“It was very clean. The main problem was that I paid thru Expefia and even after explaining this at check out, they charged my card after I left. I called and was told it would take 3-4 days for it to be credited. They wrote very rude about this issue.”
