“Awesome place to stay. Clean, comfy, and adorable little cottage.”

“Cute house. Clean and well equipped. Close to downtown. Will stay again.”

“Peaceful cozy place on a beautiful pond. Clean comfortable accommodations.”

“This house was very nice for my short little stay! The house smelt good and everything was super clean. The host was very kind in all text conversations and was super detailed with instructions on how to get to key and breakdown of the check in/out processes. Definitely recommend staying here!”

“Excellent place that exceeded all our expectations. If I happen to be coming to the area again for an extended stay I would book again in a heartbeat.”

“We appreciated this sunny, charming cottage, its thoughtful touches, and the gracious host. With several local boutiques and eateries nearby, this is a great place to relax and support local businesses.”

“Were going to a wedding in the area and this house was perfect. Thank you for keeping us well informed of the procedures and for keeping a tidy home.”

“Good location. Only issue we had was GPS took us to the wrong location but not any fault of the host at all. Just pay attention to that so you aren’t driving around like we did. :-)”

“The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future.”

“It was cute and quite and had everything we needed. Great stay.”

“I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. The reviews and information attached to this venue on Expedia were……

“We're trying to close on a house. We moved from Florida to Arkansas, and the host was very understandong. The place was exactly what we needed.”

“Clean, private, comfortable, well supplied. 10 miles from Hot Springs, Lake Catherine just down the road. Hope can return another time. Host Jana was nice.”

“This home was a great experience! It had lots of living spaces and beautiful golf course views. Everything was very clean with little touches of “home”. We hope to stay here again!”

“Very relaxing owner put a lot of work in this place.we will definitely rebook.”

“The property has 3 1/2 bathrooms and had all the necessary conveniences. Some of the lights and a fan did not work. The beds are small so sleeping 6 would be difficult.”

“The host even sent a video showing how to unlock the door. Very professional, very helpful!”

“Do not i repeat, do not rent this property. Unless motel 6 isn't available. It has no taste, no wifi, smell old, tub nasty, shower to small for a adult, rail outside broke, became full u will.fall,.bugs.luke roaches will takeover, other folks medicine in the couches, it seems like a jail cell.”
