Note that there is a step down living area upstairs and numerous steps down to lower level of a game room, theater, lounging area and 3 bedrooms. Only a couple of issues found but a quick call to Jessica and all was good again. We would consider this property for a return visit to Hot Springs.”

“Great cottage with everything we needed. Property is on the river with great views and a relaxing dock. Had a great time. I found the neighborhood streets back to the cottage a bit tricky, but no problem if using a navigation app.”

“When we arrived at the unit, we were surprised by how the host had thought of just about every little thing you might need during your stay. We couldn't pack any shampoo or conditioner so we were very happy that they were provided among many other things. The host was very gracious and helpful in hs communications. Everything was super clean and spotless, especially the bathroom. The couch was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The lake is beautiful and peaceful and even though we didn't rent a……

“My wife and I stayed three nights at this charming Craftsman style home. It was within walking distance of the Hot Springs, right next to West Mountain, and minutes from McClards (Bill Clinton's favorite BBQ that he used to have shipped to the White House). The neighbors greeted us as we pulled up into the drive and spent the first 15 minutes being greeted like we had moved in to the neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Hot Springs.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s cottage. It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are tall and stocky people, and the shower worked fine for us. We enjoyed the huge deck and watching the geese and boats. The bed was very comfortable. We had no issues and highly recommend this rental. We’d happily stay here again.”
