“Die Unterkunft war sauber, und der eigenständige Checkin hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Zimmer habe ich sehr positiv empfunden, da das Bett tatsächlich für einen Einzelzimmer recht groß war, wenn auch leider zu weich. Auch in diesem Hotel funktionierte das Smart TV nicht, obwohl es beworben wurde. Bei dem Zimmerpreis kann man darüber jedoch hinwegsehen. Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel mit Bezug auf die Stadt.”

“I arrived 4 hours before and wanted to drop my lugagge in the hotel to be able to have lunch in the mall. It was extremely hot and my lugagge was heavy to carry around. They just "don't have a service to keep the lugagges". Which I really have never seen before! They offered me the earlier checkin instead for an additional price. I have never seen this in my life, in any hotel, simple hotels and expensive hotels. They all have the service. We cannot all fit in in the checkin time of 15:00 all……

“Das Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber, überall war Staub. Da verspricht man sich bei 4 Sternen deutlich mehr. Das frühstück war leider fürchterlich. Es war nahezu alles 1h vor dem Ende bereits weg. Am Ende haben wir 38€ für 4 aufbackbrötchen bezahlt. Auch das ist mehr als dürftig bei 4 Sternen. Wir werden es nicht mehr buchen.”
