The moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile, they asked for my name and immediately had my room card ready. I was taken to my room and from there on everything was excellent. Friendly staff especially Angie who works in the restaurant department, she went over the top to take care of me and explain/translate information. I highly recommend you to book your stay here either by yourself or family.

Free parking. Not far away from city center. There is a tram station 250 meters from hotel. In 15 minutes you could arrive in city center. Next time I will stay here without hesitation.
