“Newly remodeled.”

“The photos make it look like it’s fairly new and well taken care of. It is anything but. It is extremely dirty. The elevator doors didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned. There were stains all over every floor we went in and on the drapes in the room in addition to the carpet looked so dirty you didn’t want to take your shoes off. It was horrible. The mini fridge didn’t work. We told them about it and they did nothing to try and remedy it. Would not recommend!”

“Staff was rude for no apparent reason. There were no disagreements nothing was questioned and seemingly no reason for the reaction we felt we received anytime we engaged the staff (except the food staff!)”

“Need maintenance done first room air conditioner problem that leaked water into room mildew and mold starting and 3 electrical outlet out and changed rooms the second room sink problem reported all to front desk so hopefully it is taken care of.”

“Bathroom is very small. The only sink, is the one that is in the "kitchenette" area. Also, only 1 small trash can in the whole place. Wall AC unit was very noisy. It seems like they are trying to fix the place up, but its going to need some work.”

“Room was well worn! Hide-a-bed was broken and was hard to sit on. Short on staff on 7/13 (Monday) in breakfast area. Ants crawling on one table and we moved to another table that was ant free. Bathtub is a accident waiting with a hole in the bottom of tub. Don't know if water was leaking out under the tub that could be creating mold. Parking was plentiful , so no problem.”
