“The grounds are beautiful and a great first impression. However, spiderwebs cling to all the pretty river rocks. We had stained dirty sheets that the front desk was unconcerned about and there was a hole in the ceiling. We ate in the restaurant with beautiful views, but the food was served cold. Overall, the views are spectacular but they missed the mark on several occasions.”
