“When I checked in, the room was not ready, it was dirty and no blankets on the bed and the elevator was out of service. The day after, the manager Tomer made the best and upgraded me and gave me a preferntial tariff, which I appreciated a lot so I decided to stay in the hotel. After this the stay was very pleasant, thanks to Tomer. The hotel is in good shape, but the rooms are small. Location is perfect. ”

“The hotel staff are nice and very helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. Hot shower all the time and good flush. Good and quiet airconditioning, heat or cool. Walking from the hotel, 5 mins to Carmel market and some great breakfast restaurants along the Allbeny street, 10 to 15 mins from big supermarkets, 20 mins to Central bus station(5 mins by taxi) where you can take sheruts or bus to Jerusalem and buy local data simcards with good price. I took a taxi from hotel to airport with no traffic……
