“Beautiful and spacious property in an amazing location! We visited during a quiet time of year and were able to enjoy walking around the village and to dinner with friends. The location was conveniently located to where my son was playing baseball that weekend, at both North Tahoe Regional park and Incline Village. ”

“Check in guy was friendly, but this is a rundown motel. It could easily be improved to make it a better guest experience. The mattresses need to be replaced as they were thin and umcomfortable. With a small amount of money, this place could be so much better. ”

“This is a great place for 2 (there is a couch and, I believe, a rollaway bed so 4 could probably make it). It’s small/cozy, but we don’t vacation for the accommodations. We don’t want to stay in a dump, but we go places to see and do so we don’t spend lots of hours, or days, lounging around our room. It’s been renovated recently. Full kitchen (including dishwasher) and bath. Pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker…basics for meal prep if you don’t want to eat out 2-3 times a day. It’s only 2-3……

“We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was really nice. We were super happy with the air conditioning with the heat wave that week. We spent the majority of our time at the pool, the kids loved the water slide. Getting to restaurants was around a 10 minutes drive. They do have a restaurant there but we didn’t try it. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Needed for older people: Safety strips in shower. Extra step bottom of stair case. Rise is difficult. Photo does not show the occupant entry which has a steep stair case.”
