Beach Front House - Sunset Views. Best location on Litibu!

There are two levels that are completely separate, so you will be connected but have lots of privacy. The first one has a master suite, bathroom, kitchen with sitting area and flat screen TV. A large palapa covers the terrace which has seating, a hammock and outdoor dining table. Downstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds, each with a private bathroom. There is a large kitchen and living area separating the downstairs bedrooms, and a deck with hammock and outdoor seating. The whole house is very private from outside observers, but it has the best views on all of Litibu Beach. The decor is colorful and has our collection of Mexican accessories. The beach is accessed through the garden path and has an outdoor shower just inside our gate. The house is off the beaten path of your typical hotel with lots of other tourists. You are in for a unique experience, one that you will not soon forget. That being said the phone/tv and internet are usually on and good. You will be away but connected as much as you want to be. This is literally the best location on all of Litibu beach. It is at the very end of the beach and the house is elevated up private steps, but directly connect to the beach without leaving the property. The whole property is secure with gates. It is protected from the wind with the hill to its side and it faces West for nightly sunsets. We also just bought the property next door and build a palapa that you are welcome to use. It connect to our house with a small, private path and you will be able to watch sunset, play games and have bon fires there. Truly a gem of a location.
