316 Breakers-Direct Ocean Front View-Updated & Highly Rated for Cleanliness

If it's the ocean you are looking for, there is no better view from the Breakers than this unit We now have elevators at the Breakers!. Because this villa is on the top floor the private balcony is open to the sky and offers privacy for sunbathing while gazing at the ocean and beach by day and for observing the moon and stars during the evenings. The Tybee Island light house can be seen in the distance. You can watch the dolphins playing in the surf while listening to the waves lapping the shore from your balcony. All of this can also be enjoyed from the living room and kitchen because of the direct ocean view. The kitchen has been enlarged and ceiling height cabinets added with quartz countertops, new fixtures and appliances have been installed. Also dimmable recessed lighting and a 46 inch flatscreen TV has been installed in the living room along with a 32' flatscreen on the wall in the enlarged bedroom. The entire villa has Charleston style furniture and decor throughout.
Our villa will accommodate up to four guests. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa with foam mattress in the living room. A dining area, kitchen, bath and laundry alcove makes this unit the perfect place for your Hilton Head Island vacation.
Stroll along the beach to the Tiki Hut bar or Pool Bar Jim's on each side if the Breakers and enjoy your favorite libation while listening to live island music. Shopping and dining are also just steps away at Coligny Plaza where you will find restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, move theater, bakery, bike rentals and a variety of "island" shops. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach directly in front of the Breaker during thesummer season.

For those who require more than one unit our family also has the next door villa, #315 available for rent, which can be viewed on the VRBO website, listing #392125. These 2 newly decorated ocean front units make a great selection for 2 families that want to stay together.

Weekly rentals are from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 9:30AM . NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE DECK. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the common areas, at the pool or the walkway to the beach in accordance with the Condominium Association rules. NO PETS are allowed. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER to rent this unit.
