This newly renovated, dog-friendly home is located in the Club Course community of Sea Pines, offering fantastic views of the private 18-hole Club Course. Tucked away at the end of the street, sandwiched between the golf course and the private street, guests can relax on the private patio or screened-in porch with an unblocked view of the green and tee for the next hole. You can enjoy golf course views from almost everywhere in the house.
This house is conveniently located within the Club Course community, near the main entrance of Sea Pines. It offers a quick and easy drive to Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, South Beach Pool, or other Sea Pines areas like Harbour Town and South Beach Marina. Community features include access to golf courses, equestrianism, beach access, a gated entrance with 24-hour security, and nearby tennis and pickleball courts. The Sea Pines Trolley is also an option if you prefer not to drive.
The home comfortably sleeps 11 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Bedding includes 1 King, 2 Full, 1 Twin/Double Bunk, and 1 Daybed with Twin Trundle.
The first floor boasts an expansive open layout, perfect for entertaining. A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the main entrance. The living room features a smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee brewer, refrigerator & freezer, toaster, oven, stove, dishes & utensils, pots & pans, dishwasher, and microwave, providing everything needed for meals. The breakfast nook overlooks the greens and offers seating for all, with additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter. Bedroom 1 is located off the living room, featuring a king-sized bed, smart TV, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. This bedroom also has deck access, ideal for a morning coffee. A bonus room with French doors on the first floor features a twin daybed and twin trundle, sleeping two.
The second floor hosts 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a twin/double bunk bed and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 offers 2 full-sized beds and a smart TV. Both bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo.
Outside, a screened-in patio with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan is just off the dining room and in line with the green. The spacious patio and deck provide additional outdoor dining seating and a second view of golfers teeing off. The private backyard is perfect for your furry friends, and a propane grill is available for outdoor cooking.
General amenities include Smart TVs, Cable/Satellite, Wireless Internet, bed and bath linens, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, starter amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc.), a washer & dryer, air conditioning, and heating. The property also features keyless entry, a workspace, and is non-smoking.

*The total number of vehicles allowed is 3. Guests do not have access to the garage.
