This condo is built in a convenient spot that allows guests to walk to the beach. Multiple golf courses are also available near the villa, and a spacious swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables is on the property for families.

In this condo, there are vaulted ceilings in the main living space, which is equipped with a 32-inch television and a large sleeper sofa. The dining area features a glass table with several wooden chairs and is conveniently situated near the kitchen. The family dog can also stay here, and you'll have free WiFi.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Queens Grant. Clean, spacious, easy parking. Enjoyed being mid-island. Would definitely rent again.

Spacious homey Greens Grant

PLace was spacious. Perfect for having a dog. Very homey feeling. Nice having 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 3 tv's. My biggest negative are the Bathrooms need updated Tubs very slow draining and medicine cabinets need replacing along with the floors. Maybe make King room bathroom just a shower instead of tub/shower. King mattress seemed a little worn. Had a dip in it. Overall it was nice just some updates needed to make it a 5. Would considering staying there again

Wasps and stings

Property was clean but could use some upgrades. Kitchen is large and well stocked with needed items for light cooking. Confusing check out, we left well before 9am but am worried since I got a text much later to check out. Did not know about amenities and could not find out because calls went unanswered when we tried. Worst of all, my husband got stung twice by wasps that were in the garbage area. Overall the property is well located but would have liked to know more about use of surrounding beaches but could not. You are in Hilton Head and it is a beautiful island.

Beautiful and Quiet Solitude

We were pleased with the beautiful surroundings of the Queens Court community and our unit. It was a garden-like atmosphere. And, we were so fortunate to have a pet friendly unit, too. There is lots of shopping and restaurants.

Overall it was OK

It’s at the back of neighborhood, very quiet. Location is OK. Personally I’d stay closer to Coligny Beach next time. Unit is dated but clean. The back door lock doesn’t work so a wood rod is only way to “lock” it. That’s a pain when taking a dog along for the trip. Washer and dryer worked well but washer is quite loud. Overall it’s not the nicest short-term rental I’ve stayed in but not the worst either…it was OK.

Great stay for a beach week

This rental was very clean. The rental and check in process was very easy. The community was incredible and very beautifully well kept. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Just make sure you read the process on parking for the beach since everything back in that lane is a private property/parking. I do suggest the washer & dryer gets updated. Did not ring out water from clothes and dryer took about 3 cycles a load to fully dry. That was a bit frustrating but overall good experience.

Nice area but not clean

Floors were filthy on check in. My toddlers feet were black within 20 min of being in the house. Sliding back door doesn’t lock, just two poles in the tracks as a “lock.” Housekeeping did come the following morning to mop the floors again but I would advise to wear shoes in the house. Perhaps the rugs need laundered as well. Bathrooms are outdated.

Great location on HHI!

This community is in a great location in the Center of Hilton Head Island. The property is large and comfortable. The only improvements I recommend are maintenance related. Burned out light bulb (easy to replace) and new HVAC outside unit that couldn’t keep up with heat later in the day (difficult to resolve) were the range of challenges.

Queens Grant is the perfect spot to stay because it is so close to the beach a and the market and you are surrounded by nature! My dog and I loved our walks through the neighborhood!

Nice Little Beach Cottage

The property was great for a quick weekend trip. The house/kitchen were pretty out-dated, but everything was fully functional. No back deck unlike a lot of properties in this unit, which would have been nice. No complaints other than A/C would raise in the night and get warm, even when set to 72. No fans in bed rooms.

I would never rent this unit again ,we even found poop on our comforter duvet It actually makes me NOT want to stay ever again in palmetto dunes We have stayed in this resort for 15 years Never have we had this problem! What a disappointing accomadation !
