"We had a great stay! The employees were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a great place to rest after a long day. Rooms have everything you need, but furnishings were a bit dated. The room needed some blackout curtains. The outdoor lights were like a spotlight right into the room. Cozy bar area with some really great food and service. The location of the lodge was perfect for all our adventures in the area. We would definitely stay here again."

"Pool was nice and the staff was very friendly! The room was very clean and the beds were very comfy. My only suggestion would be to pressure wash the outside of the buildings as they looked pretty dirty."

"The Hotel is a unique property, in a pristine “off the beaten path” in Homosassa. We were welcomed by very accommodating ‘Jonathan’. Our suite was half the hotel!!! If you are good with being in the woods, listening to owls, paddling, and exploring the area. This is a very special place. We recommend. BYOB, grill food, minor groceries etc. to make yourself comfortable. We will go back.☺️"

"The mermaid house is an absolute dream!! The mermaid decorations were so cute. The patio out back is huge!! I was so excited to use the margaritaville blender. Love the porch swing on the river. We can’t wait to come back soon! Such an awesome trip!"
1-bedroom cottage and private boat dock on deepwater canal close to the springs

"We totally enjoyed the cottage and being able to walk out the sliding doors to sit by the river and or fish. Unfortunately it was so hot, we were not able to enjoy the tiki bar area. Really the only negatives to me was the lack of comfortable seating when trying to relax and watch TV, and the fact you can not the TV with the kitchen windows so bright with the placement of the TV. The shower door does need to be fixed as the water just comes running out onto the floor everywhere. Overall, it was a great place to relax and unwind."
