“Bathroom floor had built up dirt, grass around bed frame, and vent in bathroom covered in dust when we arrived. Staff were informational upon check in and exit but cleanliness of room was concern for price of almost 300 for one night. ”

“We had an issue with a musty smell in the room initially assigned to us. When we informed the manager she immediately moved us to a room that was fine, no questions asked.”

“First of all, the room as well as the bathroom were dirty. The sink was used and filthy and there was food (olive and crumbs) under the bed which was disgusting. Unfortunately there is no personnel on site to attend to. We were there for just a weekend and it was my husband's birthday so we didn't have time to figure out how we should address our complaints immediately. Furthermore, the entire house was extremely cold and the guests are not able to adjust the temperature! We were freezing at……

“Convenient location for our visit to family. On a busy road but we had no problem getting in and out. They make parking for motel guests priority as there is a popular restaurant that shares the property. Good food there. Our room was tucked back in corner so was very quiet. Would stay again. ”

“I waited about 20 minutes to check because there was no one at the front desk & once i was able to check in, then the room was already booked. It was quite a surprise when i walked in on a couple and then it was another 20 minute ordeal to get another and of course then key cards didn't work & it was a third to the fronnt”

“We went here during the winter and the temperature was in the 50’s. The heater was broken and was unfixable at the time. We were told there were no rooms available to move. And was told by very rude staff there was nothing to be done. My husband and I later went down to front desk to ask for a heater. They then moved us to another room, which needed up having bedbugs. Do not stay here. ”
