CONDO AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach towels are not provided but can be purchased at the local ABC Store across the street. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The building features two pools: a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the second floor. Self-service laundry facilities, which are credit card operated, are available on each floor. Please note that, as this is a privately owned unit, access to the fitness center is not included. However, gym facilities are available nearby at Planet Fitness, adjacent to the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The property provides 24/7 security. Valet parking is offered in the building at $45 per day (*rates subject to change), or self-parking is available across the street at the Ilikai Marina parking garage for $33 per day (*rates subject to change). Metered street parking is available along the harbor at $1 per hour. Building management occasionally schedules routine pest control and maintenance, with reasonable notice provided for access. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.
