"Had blood stain on my pillow. Had Half of the deadbolt lock missing, and I needed a bathtub for medical reasons. I asked on the first day to switch rooms and they said the following day they should be able to. I went down and nope. Asked to get a refund so I could find a hotel with bath and they ..."

"Beautiful cottage in a great area of town and perfect for a couple whom wants plenty of room to spread out in living area. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed as well as tastefully decorated. Had a couple small issues which were dealt with very quickly."
