“Above and beyond. The staff was so sweet and the breakfast staff went above and beyond with my gluten allergies. Day one with language barrier and using google translation I was able to let the staff know I don't want any food with any type of sauce just to be safe. The next morning they made me special breakfast separate from the service bar. I don't eat much in Japan but having a full breakfast in the morning really helped as would fill up with fruits and vegetables through out the day. We……

“The hotel has a policy to change bedsheets every three days unless you notify them. During my four day stay, the bedsheets were changed…zero times! When I enquired, I was told the housekeeping department “miscalculated”. This is absolutely unacceptable for this type of hotel, especially in the month of August. My advice is to always make sure you notify the housekeeper to change the bedsheets as often as possible, because otherwise they will not bother. Disappointing and utterly inadequate. You……

“幾站就到市區，飯店非常大裡面應有盡有，還有可以吃到社長咖喱的餐廳，跟兩間便利商店（飯店內）但房間非常小行李箱攤不開😂”

“房間地氈污糟，角位塵埃明顯。 晚上入住拿到房卡上樓，我們是18樓，電梯一打開我們嚇壞了。完全沒有任何燈光，一點也沒有！！！！黑暗到以為去錯了什麼荒廢樓層，連房號指示牌都看不到，我們要拿手機電筒照明。特別是房號指示牌，早上有射燈照明但晚上完全沒有？ 走廊地氈味道很重，房間也是一樣，要將冷氣調到18度吹30分鐘左右先開始散走。我們因為要去k arena所以入住，已經不需要床單每天更換，但清潔也完全不行。我們趕時間出門弄跌了的紙巾，晚上11點多回房還在地上。連續兩日把垃圾特意放近垃圾桶，晚上回房發現完全沒有清走。 但員工們出色的服務態度出色，就硬件和清潔完全跟不上。”

“All of the staff are polite and patient. I really appreciate one of them helping me in figuring out the switch of a TV lamp. The hotel environment is decent and comfy with complete equipments, including every disposable necessities. That bathtub features a non-slip design which is really practical and thoughtful. Meanwhile, the breakfast buffet provides a diverse choice of food which I really love the mango pudding, curry and salmon. The convenient store and JR are just 5 minutes walking so,……
