“Our stay would have been nice. We stopped over to get done rest before we get to Destin,FL. HOWEVER, we are very frustrated that we have to go down 3 times!!! A couple of them in the middle of the night because of the FIRE ALARM going off.
The sad part too is there was not even a slight of an apology from the staff or any form of concern of the guests being inconvenient.”

“Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!”
