The facility needs a deep cleaning (carpets very stained and dirty, walls need painting, scuffs and marks everywhere, elevators very noisy and slow, windows dirty etc.) Front desk workers was very sweet and helpful. Very clean breakfast area and helpful staff serving breakfast.

We stay here once or twice a year. Staff are great and rooms are always clean. The only negative is the inconsiderate guests who stomp around in their rooms and talk loudly in the hallways late at night. Not much can be done about rude, inconsiderate guests.
