"Our travel companion had a medical emergency and I had to cancel. Unfortunately the rate was non refundable. So we didn’t get to stay there. They should implement more flexible rates."

"Checked in at 1pm. They made me wait until 2 although there was low occupancy. Room was two flights downstairs and across the grass. no elevator. Room okay but weird bedside lamps.
