“They had like no staff ”

“Was a booking for a Christmas Lunch but had no Turkey or traditional Christmas Desert! When I asked why they said the Chef did t have budget lol so I said just charge more or offer an alternative menu! I even offered to buy them a Turkey to prepare etc”

“We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning . The game drive was superb and we saw loads of different animals . Last but not least are the wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful staff . We……

“Lovely studio apartment right on the beach with fantastic views. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful. The only slight disappointment was that the pool didn’t appear to be cleaned during our 4 night stay. There was an automatic cleaner but due to the proximity to the sand the pool really could have done with a good manual clean. ”

“Our travel companion had a medical emergency and I had to cancel. Unfortunately the rate was non refundable. So we didn’t get to stay there. They should implement more flexible rates. ”

“Lovely property in a prime position just a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms (superior) very comfortable and clean, staff were lovely and attentive. Food in the restaurant was excellent, but the service was slow. We pre ordered our breakfast on the day we left as we needed to get on the road as it was a long journey, that worked out well. The waterfront just up the road is worth a visit. Would recommend.”
