"Breakfast was typical not great but not bad. The facility was quiet and clean from what we could see. I would definitely come back if I am in the Grand Rapids area in the future."

"We stayed in a king bed suite. There was a curtain to pull between the bed and soft sleepers, which was nice to have. The room was big enough for the three of us with lots of shelves and counter space. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a fridge with sink in the kitchen area. It was pretty quiet when it was time for bed. We used the fitness center which was fine. There were two treadmills, but one was out of order, one elliptical, a Pelaton and recumbent bike. There were also free weights. The breakfast offerings was good. You can make your own breakfast sandwich and waffles. The location of the hotel was good- lots of restaurants around and easy to get around."

"It's a solid hotel with a lower price point. Nothing fancy but it's clean and gives you great accommodations for the night. It's a very simple continental breakfast so don't expect hot food but again, for the price point I think it's worth it. The rooms feel a little small with not a lot of room to walk around and there aren't a lot of outlets spread throughout the room, which could be a bit inconvenient. All in all, I recommend."

"The property is 90% complete on a remodel. All the sleeping rooms are completed with only a few minor punch list items. The new is very nice, the beds were very, very comfortable. The common areas such as the lobby are also complete. They have an indoor pool and in ground jaccuzzi that we used. Although I did not see any remodeling, it was in good condition. The jacuzzi floor surface is in need of re-plaster but is was clean. They were currently working on new entry sliding doors. My only suggestion would be to look at some of the finishing items, the elevator floor and floor trim need attention, the bathroom light in our room still had an older on/off switch that had issues, and the bumper in the bathroom to keep the door handle from hitting the wall and making a hole in the wall was the old and grungy one. No deal breakers at all, just since they are still in the final stages of remodel, those things were noticeable. Yes I would recommend. Yes I would stay again. CG"

"The room was clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom large. We got in late and left early the next morning so can’t comment on other amenities. The downside was rude and noisy neighboring room guests. From 11:30-12:30pm, they talked very loudly in the hall outside of the room and repeatedly entered and exited the room loudly slamming the door. In this day, I wasn’t comfortable speaking to them for fear they might go off— especially since they were so clueless to behave this rudely to begin with. Sadly, the hotel staff never came to check on the situation. It made for an annoying, late night after a long day of driving."
