“Staff was fine. Room was clean. HIE&S GR Airport South enticed me to stay with their free roundtrip airport shuttle amenity and then failed to deliver leaving me in a lurch. Thankfully Uber came through. ”

“Had an early flight out of GRR over Thanksgiving, during a very typical winter storm the night before. Drove down to stay the evening to not have to make the two hour drive in bad weather, and was extremely surprised and impressed at our stay. This property is super clean, quiet, easily accessible and comfortable. The front desk was wonderful and very helpful. 10/10 stay, and would pick this hotel over all of the others in the area if we need to stay before or after a flight again.”

“Parking was easy and secure. Room was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I think the fan in the room with the toilet is not working. the pillows on the bed were the only bad thing about the room. They were wildly unsupportive and uncomfortable. The pillows should be rethought. Otherwise it was a really great experience.”

“This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay for swim weekends in the area. Clean hotel and friendly staff. My daughter likes having the hot water, tea and honey available all the time! Unfortunately there was a very loud hockey team that did not adhere to the quiet hours of the hotel (that they signed) and would not listen to the staff when they told them they needed to be quiet all the way until 1am! I appreciate the staff trying their best to keep it quiet, they did the……
