"It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. "Everything about our stay was great but the staff was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful. We needed to move rooms the first night quite late and John was very helpful and got everything sorted quickly. The food was delicious and we met one of the chefs, Dhurai, who made sure we liked everything we were served. Katha was amazing, super kind and made sure all our dietary restrictions were accommodated; she made every meal amazing. Ganesh and Riya helped us make our daily itineraries and showed exemplary customer service. Anurag was another notable mention that went out of his way to make sure our journey home went well. Definitely would recommend staying here as the property itself is gorgeous as well. "
