“We stayed in one of the villas and it was great. The wood was newly polished and the whole room looked newly renovated. The bathroom was amazing with a sun roof at the top which lights up the whole bathroom and makes it look huge. The food was great, exceeded expectations since we saw some reviews complaining about bad food. If its a long weekend or something like that, expect a lot of crowd so meal times get crowded but nothing too bad. The only problem we faced was commuting from the villa……

“They charge for a 5 star experience and provide you with a 2 star experience. Everything is too expensive for the facilties that they provide. The place and location is good, rest everything is just mediocre. ”

“I stayed at this hotel in Coorg for 2 nights with 2 rooms booked through Expedia. The experience was extremely disappointing due to repeated electricity outages, no WiFi, lack of customer support, dirty rooms, insects, foul smell, and no proper hot water facility. My younger sister became very scared multiple times because of the constant power trips during the night. Due to safety and comfort concerns, all of us had to sleep together in one bedroom for both nights.”

“I found the room pleasant, but could have been hair-free, tv not working, wifi very poor, 2 members of staff in restaurant not very friendly, timing of food very rushed once ordered, starters came, half way through, mains came, soon after tired fruit salad came along, madev was excellent, helpful and friendly. ”
