“Staff and location”

“The rooms were not clean and quite noisy. There was no in-house dining option, so we had to step out for food. Ordering through Swiggy or Zomato was possible, but since it was raining all day, most restaurants weren’t accepting orders, which made things very inconvenient. The bedsheets were dirty with hair on them, the room had a foul smell, and there were insects around. The Wi-Fi connection was also very slow. “It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac.
