“I found the motel manager to be unfriendly and difficult to work with. When we checked in, the manager informed me that even though I had reserved a king sized bed, he mistakenly gave us a room with two queen sized beds. That in itself is not a big deal, but he wanted me to pay him the difference. That is completely inappropriate, Why should I have to pay for his error? For our second night of out two-night stay, we were in a king-sized bed. But there were only two pillows and we needed……

“We had to kill 7 flies to finally get some peace. This is a century old facility. Don't believe me? I grew up here and this existed then 50 years ago. National chain bought this, stuck their name on it, but did no renovation of building.”
