“We were thrilled to see that, unlike other Best Westerns we stayed at the past 2 weeks, the very low 1960 models toilets were replace with taller ones. The layout of the room was excellent providing adequate bathroom counter space. The wet bar area was a plus as was the small dining table and two chairs. The TV was easy to use and channels were easy to navigate. The room was clean and the Luxury Vinyl Flooring jn the bedroom was a positive change allowing for easy cleaning//disinfecting. ……

“The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. ”

“We were unsatisfied because the elevator was out of order. We were on the second floor and the stairs do not have a handrail. It was dangerous. An email telling us about the elevator would have given us the option of staying somewhere else. The staff when they were available were helpful and apologetic. Do not recommend this hotel.Sadly.”

“I reserved my stay on Expedia and upon arrival the hotel staff were very confused and wanted to charge me again and trying to prove I didn’t reserve online as I’m showing them the confirmation email and all. Along with the already charged bank statement from Expedia. After getting my key the room smelt horrible. Woke up sick to my stomach and cough. It’s 80 degrees outside and I have the flu. How?”
