“comfortable cottage. In between most activity areas.”

“Plenty of space (4 standalone bedrooms), plus a full kitchen and handy laundry machine & dryer!! As the title says a short 300 ft directly off the GAP. House was cosy warm too!!”

“Host was very polite and helpful!”

“Beautiful site!”

“Beautiful place at a great price within walking distance of downtown.”

“The place was spotless and very comfortable. We attended a wedding at the Villa nearby, and the location was perfect! Because of the seclusion of the property, the hosts have had bad experiences with guests in the past and are a little more uptight than past experiences with VRBO, but they were very nice and accommodating nonetheless. Several other people live/work on the property and there are lots of restrictions on where you can and can’t go, so you don’t have a true free rein as we expected……

“Peaceful, clean and cozy and beautiful area. Will definitely go back.”

“The shower was very small and tiny”

“This beautiful apartment has so much charm .. updated with modern features and comfortable furniture. Communication with the host is top notch. Cumberland and the surrounding area has so much to offer and this is the perfect location to plan your adventures.”

“Great stay, very communicative host, nice apartment in a good location. No complaints, thanks!”

“The property, the price, the location, the host...all were perfect for or GAP bike trip!!!”

“This place was really beautiful. Ava goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. This place feels like home. Close to many things. We cant wait to go back next year.”

“Great place to stay when visiting Frostburg”

“Third year in a row we’ve stayed during family reunion. Great place!”

“The host was very responsive and accessible. The house is freshly updated and uncluttered. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The view is lovely. The showers are small but manageable and there is no washing machine or dryer at this property. Overall it is a nice place and met our need for sleeping and making breakfast. We will very likely stay here again when we are in the area visiting family.”

“We didn't get to see any animals during our 9 day stay. A limb went through the roof and it rained and was damp and had a mildew smell so we were put in a nice cabin for the first night while they fixed it. The next day we moved into the cabin. It smelled nice. After 3 days the mildew smell came back. The cleaning crew failed to clean behind the sofa and nightstands but the rest was visually appealing. I think maybe due to the limb coming through the roof during a storm, it might be a good idea……
