“The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay”

“Bad experience — no host contact, dirty and misleading listing. I was never able to get hold of the host. I was overseas, and there was no email or phone number to contact anyone. I spent over one hour looking around for the property and couldn’t find help when I arrived. When I finally did locate the place, I walked in and found it wasn’t as expected at all.
