“We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “The staff was very friendly and upgraded us to one of the newly refinished rooms. We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed it. Clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable. ”

“It was nice and quiet.I wish the restaurant was open during our stay -Sun/Mon. It was like camping in the woods, in luxury with real bed and shower. Enjoyed the firepit and the unlimited complimentary s'mores. Enjoyed a little hike at the property grounds. Wish there was at least complimentary continental breakfast. There was free coffee and tea available. ”
